Have a question?

Alex Martinez

We have purchased your debt from a creditor and are now the legal owner.

To ensure we meet our mission to aid our clients to rehabilitate their financial circumstances we only partner with service providers who share our mission. We can assure you our service partners act with integrity always and are here to listen and support you on our behalf. We invite you to contact us to discuss your case in an open and honest manner. This way, they
can resolve matters quickly and fairly.

Contact our service provider using the details on your correspondence from us to verify the details of the debt in question. They will assess all relevant details, you will either be provided with confirmation the debt is legitimately owed. If it transpires the debt has been assigned in error, we will notify the original creditor to clear the debt record. At this point, we will not contact you again regarding the case.

Contact our service provider using the details on your correspondence from us to verify the details of the debt in question. We may ask you to share any relevant documentation which validates or disprove the outstanding balance. Once we have assessed all relevant details, the debt record will be adjusted accordingly.

Very occasionally, debts are paid just before correspondence has been sent. If this is the case, please contact our service partner as soon as possible to discuss the case. They will then investigate with the creditor to ensure all payments have been allocated to your account, if verified they will confirm this to you in writing.

All correspondence issued includes the outstanding balance on the account. If you
require further clarification, please contact our service partner using the contact details
provided.

If you are ready to make a payment or set-up a repayment plan, please contact our service
partner as outlined in their correspondence and they will talk you through all the options
available to you.

For further information on how to make payments quickly and easily, please also refer to the correspondence you have received as payments can be made online.

If your reason for non-payment is genuine, and you are struggling to afford to repay the debt, our service partners will work with you. Their team of recovery agents can support you in working out an affordable repayment plan moving forward. To discuss your case, feel free to contact them for further support and advice.
