  • Payment Responsibility: Payments made through the Website or App are your responsibility. Ensure you use an authorized payment method and provide accurate details. 
  • Refunds: If a payment is taken without the card owner’s consent due to errors by our card processing partner, we will promptly investigate and issue a refund upon validation of the claim. Please contact us immediately at help@ethicaresolve.com if you suspect unauthorised transactions. 
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of verification. 
  • No Refund for Voluntary Payments: Payments made voluntarily, in accordance with your agreement, are non-refundable.
